The Fenix FD30 tactical light features an adjustable optical system, allowing for beam concentration or diffraction. In order to adjust the desired light, simply move the reflector forward or backward by rotating the lamp head.
It will provide you with a maximum power of 900 lumens, for a distance of 200 meters.
As for power, it runs on a Li-Ion 18650 battery, or two CR123A batteries.
